Interior Design Service Levels
The Premier
A perfect option if you are doing a full overhaul of your room, whether the room is empty or you need to add/or update furnishings. We will have a total of 3 appointments which includes the discovery appointment, a design presentation in our studio and pre-install home preparation. This option also requires a minimum purchase of $10,000 through our direct distributor. You will receive:
- 2 floor plan options
- 3 style options
- 2 design revisions (if necessary)
- Furniture, art & accessories solutions
- Color and textile palette solutions
- Lighting, flooring and window covering solutions
- Itemized products and specification list
- Procurement
- Direct access to your online dashboard so you can access your project 24/7
The Comprehensive
This full service design plan is for those that have no time or desire to participate in the design or renovations process. This usually involves several meetings to translate your inspirations into your desired interior design plan. We estimate the time and services required to complete your project and quote you a fixed rate. A retainer is charged and a schedule of equal monthly payments of the balance is billed. This option requires a $30,000 minimum purchase through our direct distributor. You will receive:

- 3 design revisions
- Complete concept, design and specification
- Furniture solutions
- Art & accessories specification
- Color and textile palette specification
- Lighting, flooring solutions
- Window covering solution
- Purchasing administration & order tracking
- Shipping & receiving
- Custom build as needed
- Direct access to your online dashboard so you can access your project 24/7 management
- Installation supervision (Local installation only--Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach County)
