Ray-Lee Mezentsev is an award winning Interior Designer, who is highly skilled in creating exquisite environments. She approaches each project with a deep understanding of the multifaceted process that is required to design homes that are visual reflection of the client.

Proficient in  balancing design budgets, schedules, and requirements; she is able to focus on a multitude of small details in implementing design solutions without losing sight of the big picture.

With over 20 years of design experience doing projects throughout the US and internationally, Ray-Lee is a Certified Interior Designer and is an active member of Interior Design Society and National Association of Professional Women. She has a BA in Interior Design, and prides herself in professional business practices, has strong skill sets in leadership, project management and teamwork. She has won  the award of Excellence in Design for Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. 

Gail's design philosophy has matured over 32 years of living and working in France. During this time, she has worked with renown architects in the south of France, where she was apart of the build and design team for many high-end private home projects. In addition to that, her skills and knowledge has been superbly refined by her extensive travel throughout Europe, Asia and South America.

Gail is a specialist in sourcing antiques and vintage pieces, and has partnered for over two decades with some most renown galleries and dealers. She is adept at sourcing and acquiring that rare piece to make the design individual. If your home needs that "one of a kind" look and feel, Gail is the person to help you achieve that.

Over the past 17 years Ileana’s worked closely with various design and build team to design high end homes. Since 2009 she has honed her staging skills throughout Palm County including Hypoluxo and Palm Beach Island staging multi-million-dollar homes for sale.

Ileana eye for classic design and discerning taste for sophisticated pieces, has made her the go to person when you need to place your home on the market.

With a degree in Business Administration, she is able to gauge home market trends and the requirements needed to rapidly move homes to save both seller and agent time and money. Her philosophy “A well appointed home will always be a sell!"
